JUSTICE FOR ALYCE. Relatives and friends of Alyce Omengan-Claver continue to seek justice as they lit candles in her memory at the very place where she was murdered by suspected military agents in Bulanao, Tabuk last year. One year has passed and the police failed solve her case.
